If you need to fix permissions on your drive on the internal startup drive of the Mac in Drive Genius 4 follow the steps below:

1. Open Drive Genius 4.

2. Make sure you have the drive backed up.

3. In Drive Genius 4 choose your internal boot drive on the left then go to Fix Permissions.

4. If Fix Permissions is successful then you are done.

5. Quit Drive Genius 4.
