Recently I had worked with a customer who was seeing reccurring volume errors on the boot volume (aka Mac HD) of his MacBook Pro. He would Repair the issue with Drive Genius 3 and then he would get a warning from DrivePulse in a few days that the volume needed to be repaired again. I guided him to try scanning his hard drive for Bad Blocks using Drive Genius 3, the scan was able to find 3 bad blocks.

I sent him instructions on how to Spare Bad Blocks using Drive Genius 3’s Scan Feature and this was able to fix the issue. I was able to follow up with this customer today and he has yet to see any more warnings after a weeks time and his MacBook Pro is running smoothly.
