Today I helped a customer that was having a problem with a RAID o volume that was no longer mounting on his Mac. He was wondering if he could use Data Rescue 3 Mac Recovery Software to recover the data from this RAID 0. He had tried the free trial version already, but the RAID volume was not showing up as a source that he could scan, so he contacted Prosoft support. He was able to take the two drives out of his RAID enclosure and connect them to his Mac individually and from there I guided him to use the “Add RAID Set”  feature which allows you to simulate RAID configurations while performing a recovery with Data Rescue 3.
