Data Rescue: an unexpected miracle

I recently lost 115 GB of data on an external firewire, ironically in the process of backing it up (with Retrospect!). The cost of a data recovery service was prohibitive. ProSoft worked with me tweaking the software through multiple betas and, ultimately, I was able to recover everything - perfectly intact. An unexpected miracle. The product is a lifesaver and the support as good as it gets. Unless you've mangled your drive, don't ever send it out for data recovery without trying this product first.
