Long-time user of DR2. Liked it well enough. Rcvd quick and helpful tech support. Upgraded to DR3 recently and had this experience: Used DR2 to recover trashed files. After the Trash Recover process, there were a total of about 15GBs of data available to recover. I then upgraded to DR3, ran the SAME recovery of trashed files on the SAME drive and it came up with a little over 48GBs of data available to recover. That's impressive! Tech support is prompt and the follow-up is there, as well. Michael has been excellent in customer support. Thanks, DR team!
