I'm really not skilled at computer troubleshooting so when I had a problem trying to use Data Rescue 3 I ended up communicating with Michael, a support person on staff. He was, honestly, the most helpful support person I've ever had for any device I've needed help with. His instructions were clear, he was patient, he didn't make me feel stupid, and he continued to respond to all my questions by email and sometimes by phone. A few days after we finished he checked back to see that everything was still working well. It was really great to have such a dedicated support person helping me.
