Found my files I accidentally deleted a couple of very important files from a dying drive. The next day I ran Data Rescue 3, and after fighting to scrub through the entire drive, the software was able to reconstruct the files I emptied from the Trash. Tech Support very responsive Before I found the manual online I left an email question for the support staff and a few hours later I got a response. Not only was it from a human, but he actually took the time to read what I wrote (not just copy and paste some pre-written answer). I always appreciate that level of support. Money well spent It would have taken days to recreate what I thought I'd lost. I was always skeptical of software data recovery but I am very glad I bought this software.
