I was a long time PC user who recently purchased an iMAC computer. I purchased your Drive Genius 3 software and found it extremely useful in "monitoring" my system. Recently the DG3 displayed a "bad block" message concerning my external drive and I was somewhat at a lost as to what action I should take, i.e. Spare Bad Block, Write Zeros, Repair, etc. ... while your DG3 Users Guide explained each step I was still somewhat perplexed as to what action to take, so I contacted your support department and spoke with a "Michael" and I must say right from the start, after I explained my problem, he was most knowledgable about my situation and explained the best course of action for me. He also relayed 2 or 3 alternate future remedies that I should consider should my external drive fail completely. I have dealt with many support sites, i.e. Microsoft, NORTON, HP, Apple, etc. and while generally the support ranges from average to good, my dealings with Prosoft ranks as great! .. .. I was left with the feeling and confidence that my problem was completely solved, and any future problems/issues will be resolved in a timely courteous manner as well. Great to know that a organization such as Prosoft stands behind its product and serves the needs of its customers first and foremost. Keep up the great work!
