Nice software

Software works as advertised. I downloaded the trial version and successfully recovered one file, then bought the full version to recover the rest of my failed hard drive. If you have a drive that's failing, start by making a clone of the drive. Allows for much quicker scans for lost files and it won't exacerbate the damage already done to the drive. The software is user-friendly and easy to use... best of all is the customer support. Prosoft was terrific every time I talked to them. Highly recommended for anyone with a failing or failed drive.
