Hello, I recently purchased your software, RecoverSoft Data Rescue PC. I must say it did just that. By mistake I had formatted my hard drive that contained my back up after my regular drive crashed. I was really in a panic and my wife wasn't to happy! The back up contained all the pictures ever taken of my 3 daughters since birth. Needless to say it was priceless data (for us at least). I tried a software called recover my miles. Which came up in most search engines. Being that it had a 30 day Money GUARANTEE. I tried the demo version. It scan my drive (200g) and it took about 8 hours. However it saw all my files. I was amazed. So I purchased the key. Once I did and tried saving may data. I was only able to recover 2% (not really to much of a recovery). I tried their support which was unless. Just for the fact that they were based out of Australia. I think it's like a 15 hr difference. So I kept searching and came across your product. I must admit I was hesitant after my experience with Recover my files. But I was desperate. I downloaded the demo, created the boot disk and it scanned my drive (200g) in an hour. I was amazed but since my past scan, I wasn't yet happy. I started reading your manual and saw that files had a rating. All my files stated EXCELLENT. Yet I still wasn't 100% positive. So I called your tech support and asked some questions. They were pretty confident in your product. So I purchased the key. Last night (6/23/05) I did the scan and selected to recover the files. This time I selected the only folder I really cared for. The recovery took about an hour, which was going to an external drive. Once it was done. I saved the scan and plugged the USB drive to my laptop. Once I opened the recovered folder. I almost CRIED when I saw ALL the pictures of my kids. It was midnight and had to go to sleep but I was so excited and wanted to keep recovering my data. ( I really couldn't sleep that night). I must admit, I was about to call out sick just to recover the rest of my data (being that your product worked SO GREAT!!!!!!!!!!) I just wanted to share this experience with your team and say "THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!" I will definitely recommend your product! I have already contacted someone that could use your product (I read about her in a thread). I'm sure she will be ordering your product. Once again THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
