My hard drive crashed with all my irreplaceable photos and videos
Today I helped a customer that was attempting to recover files from a non-mounting external hard drive on their Mac. He had just recently had a baby so he had a lot of pictures, videos, and documents on this external drive that were not backed up so he decided to try the free trial of Data Rescue 3 Mac Recovery Software to see if he could restore the files. I suggested that he try the Quick Scan first to see if that could find the files on the drive by utilizing the existing file directory.
