Recovering accidentally deleted files on a Mac

I helped a customer today that was using Data Rescue 3 for Mac to try to recover some accidentally deleted documents. One of her family members had accidentally deleted a folder with a lot of her important documents and then emptied the trash. She had already ran a Deleted Files Scan but was not sure where to find her files in the Scan Results. She called for support and she told me she was looking for Office documents such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files. I directed her to where she could find these files in the Scan Results (Reconstructed Files/Documents/Office) and she was able to mark these files and recover them. When the recovery completed she was able to go through the files and find the documents she needed.
