How to scan your hard drive with Data Rescue PC 3.
I helped a customer today that was using Data Rescue PC 3 to recover digital pictures of his family from his external hard drive that was no longer accessible on his computer. He had scanned the drive and the scan found his files and photos, but since he didn’t have a hard drive to recover the files to at the time he decided to save the scan and get a new hard drive to recover to. Once he had his new drive he opened Data Rescue PC 3 but was not sure how to get back to his scan results. I was able to walk him through the steps and he successfully recovered all his lost photos.
